Green, Amber and Red Food
What are GREEN, AMBER and RED Foods?
GREEN, RED and AMBER foods are the classifications used in The Fresh Tastes @ School Guidelines, based on the sodium, fat, energy and fibre content of food. These Guidelines help us decide which foods should be dominating our student's menu. While the Guidelines refer to food sold in canteens, the Guidelines also apply to any food sold or given to students at school.
